What we collect, and why.

• We do not sell your information. Not to a lead broker, not to a data company, not to another contractor.
• This website sets no cookies of its own and runs no advertising trackers.
• If we emailed you cold, we got your business contact details from public and commercially available business records, not from anybody you gave them to.
• One email to us removes you permanently, and permanently means we keep just enough to make sure you are never contacted again.
• If you hire us, everything we collect while doing the work belongs to you and leaves with you.

We send cold email to contracting businesses, and we would rather say that plainly than pretend you signed up for something.

Business contact details, meaning a company name, a trade, a service area and a work email address or work phone number, come from public business records, licensing and registration listings, company websites, and commercially available business directories. We do not buy consumer data, we do not scrape personal accounts, and we do not use anything you gave to somebody else in confidence.

Every email we send carries our real postal address and a way to stop it, because that is what the law requires and because a message that hides either one is a message from somebody you should not trust.

Reply with the word stop, or use the link at the bottom of any email, or send one line to support@foremanos.io. Any of the three works, and none of them requires a reason, a survey or an account.

You are removed from active sending immediately and added to a permanent suppression list. That list is the one thing we keep after you ask to be removed, and we keep it precisely so that nothing we do in future can put you back into the sending list by accident. It holds your address and nothing else, it is never used to contact you, and it is never shared or sold.

If a message from us reaches you after that, it is a mistake rather than a tactic. Email support@foremanos.io and we will find out why.

As of the date at the top of this page, this website sets no cookies of its own, runs no advertising or social pixels, and does not build a profile of you for retargeting. There is nothing to accept and no banner to dismiss, which is why you did not see one.

Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs, which include the address your request came from, the page you asked for, the time, and your browser type. They exist so the site can be kept up and defended from attack. They are deleted on a rolling basis and they are not used to work out who you are.

If we ever add analytics or advertising measurement, we will say so on this page and change the date at the top before it goes live, not after.

If you hire us, we hold what the work needs and nothing we cannot justify:

• Your business details, service area, pricing and the photos you send us, so we can build and maintain the site.
• Your billing contact and payment details, which are held by our payment processor rather than by us.
• The calls, messages, form submissions and bookings that come in through anything we built for you.
• Access to the advertising accounts that are already in your name, so we can run the work you hired us to run.

The people who contact your business are your customers, not ours. Their information is yours. We hold it to do the job you hired us to do, and for nothing else. We never market to them, never add them to any list of ours, and never pass them to another contractor.

If you hire the front desk, calls to your business line are recorded and transcribed, so that a written record of every call exists and is sent to you. Where the law requires the caller to be told they are being recorded, the greeting tells them.

Recordings and transcripts are yours. Inside our team, only the people who maintain your line can see them, and the reason they can is to fix the thing that went wrong on a specific call. They are never used to train anything we sell to anybody else, and they are exported to you if you leave.

We do not sell, rent or trade information about you or about your customers. There is no arrangement anywhere in this business where somebody pays us for a name.

Information reaches other companies only where the work cannot happen without it: the company that hosts your site, the one that carries your phone calls, the one that processes your card, the advertising platforms your own accounts sit on, and the email service we send from. Each of them is under contract, gets only what that job needs, and is not allowed to use it for anything else. We will tell you exactly who they are if you ask.

We would hand something over to law enforcement only where the law actually requires it, and unless we are legally barred from saying so, we would tell you first.

Outreach records for a business we never worked with are kept for two years and then deleted, apart from a suppression entry if you asked to be removed, which is kept indefinitely so the removal holds.

Client information is kept while you are with us and for 90 days after you leave, so nothing is lost while a domain transfer or a number port is still in flight. After that it is deleted from our systems, apart from the invoices and records we are required to keep for tax. Ask us to delete it sooner and we will.

Everything you own goes back to you before any of it is deleted. The mechanics are in clause 07 of the terms of service.

You can ask us to:

• Tell you what we hold about you or your business.
• Correct anything that is wrong.
• Delete it.
• Send you a copy in a format you can actually open.
• Stop contacting you, permanently.

Email support@foremanos.io and we do it within 30 days, usually much sooner. We will not ask which state you live in, make you prove a right applies to you, or route you through a portal. Some states give people these rights by law and we would rather give them to everybody than run two standards.

We will not treat you differently, price you differently, or drop your service because you asked.

Access to client information is limited to the people who need it to do the work, it is protected by two factor authentication, and it moves over encrypted connections. Card details are handled by a payment processor and never touch our systems.

No business can honestly promise a breach will never happen. What we can promise is that if one affects you, you hear it from us, quickly, with what happened and what we are doing, rather than from somebody else months later.

If this policy changes we update the date at the top and say what changed. If a change is significant and you are a client, we email you before it takes effect.

This site is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect information about them.
